Patitas App: Conect, care & share
A digital companion that transforms pet care into a shared family experience. By collaboratively managing tasks and memories, it strengthens the bond between people and their dogs, fostering a sense of responsibility and emotional connection. Beyond organization, it promotes physical, psychological, and social well-being, creating a more balanced and enriching coexistence for all.
Input
Indoor immersion
Ethnographic studies were conducted on human-canine interactions within 3 households.

Outdoor immersion
Human-canine social interactions outside the home were also investigated.

Process
Value Map
Following the idea of bringing the world and nature into the home, a series of drawings were made to conceptualize a physical-virtual solution that can be integrated into a contemporary city lifestyle home.

Personas design
Three personas were designed to capture the complexity of the daily reality. Gonzalo Pacheco, the central person, was the ideal archetype that gathered the findings of the inductive studies to be taken as the final referential user. Gabriela and Susana, the two secondary persons, are the extreme archetypes of the central person who have more needs and aspire to more things.

Wireframe
In this phase, it was possible to organize the essential logical and cognitive processes that the user needs to perform in order to use the mobile application in an agile and effective way.

Output
An app for the social, emotional and physical well-being of the pet and its family.
